I thought about using SilverStone PT-13 but the horizontal PCI-E slot onboard doesn't fit, and I am lazy to to metal rework on case.įinally I used the Linksys WRT3200ACM as AP (not newly bought, just grabbed from others) with high gain antenna (the antenna was coming alone with my old WRT1900AC v2 a few years ago when I was invited to do some tests). Grabbed an old 4GB SO-DIMM from unused laptop, I believe that's more than enough for me, with the M350 case which is perfect fit. I like the passive cooling as I don't want to see something breaking down just because of a faulty fan. I digged around and found the industrial ITX board, Jetway NF9HG-2930, which is a quad-core Celeron N2930 (sadly no AES-NI), with quad Intel i210. Just not very long time ago, I moved, and grabbed back some of those old stuff I had and built pfSense again!

I have a HP Color Laserjet network printer and a Raven Pro Scanner that both have issues with the UniFi DHCP server that cause them to crash. For the most part the UniFi system works fine, however, I have 1 issue with my UDM and this may only be a UDM problem or may be a UniFi Controller issue. As you have probably determined I am a superuser with a homelab and home server setup that also serves many different applications some for fun and some for work. Now I have a UDP-Pro, 48port POE switch, 16port SPF+ 10GB switch, 5x AP's, 2x 8port switches. So much so that I originally started with a USG + 24port switch and 1 AP. Let me start by saying I love my Ubiquiti Products and the UniFi platform.
